Finding Magic in Midlife-05

Welcome to the Finding Magic in Midlife Radio Show ArchivesThese interviews are timeless — spending time with these brilliant, talented, and inspirational women is a rare treat. What I learned during the years we did this show has contributed greatly to the breadth and depth of the perspective I bring to my own work.

The Finding Magic in Midlife Radio Show was produced and archived by Exceptional Wisdom Radio from August 2008 through June 2013, when EWR went off the air. We have created a permanent home here at Choosing To Be Fit for the archives of these in-depth interviews with a diverse group of extraordinary midlife women.

During the first few years of Finding Magic in Midlife, I co-hosted the show with my friend Nancy Marriott. After Nancy left to pursue her own writing, I hosted the show solo for several more years. Those five years of weekly conversations were an amazing gift, one which I am delighted to be able to share with you.

Some of our guests are well known, like Byron Katie , Kathlyn Hendricks, Dr. Judith Orloff, Joan Anderson, Dr. Angeles Arrien, Caroline Sutherland, Dr. Candace Pert, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, Eli Davidson, and Aurora Winter. Others are known in smaller circles, but all our guests have one thing in common — they demonstrate the magic, the wisdom, the energy, and the incredible diversity of women in midlife.

Welcome to Finding Magic in Midlife! Grab a cup of your favorite beverage, put your feet up, and join us for intelligent, reflective, and often humorous conversations.
