Ann Lewis on Midlife Magic

The Finding Magic in Midlife Radio Show was produced and archived by Exceptional Wisdom Radio from August 2008 through June 1013, when EWR went off the air. I’m moving the show archives to Choosing To Be Fit because much of the wisdom I’ve gained about creating a body- mind-spirit fitness lifestyle came from reading books by and talking with these exceptional midlife women. The interviews are timeless. I hope you will get to know some of these brilliant, talented, and inspirational women and learn from them as I did.

Ann Lewis

Ann Lewis dreams of world in which introverts are appreciated and valued just as much as extroverts. For her that means raising awareness of what introversion really is (not shyness or social awkwardness), and helping introverts to thrive.

She works with professionals and leaders directly or through their organizations. If you are an introvert, she can help you show up at your best in this extroverted world, to get your point across with authenticity, and to value your quietness and use it powerfully.

And if you have been knocked off balance by workplace bullying, stress, overload, or anything else at work that has left you feeling diminished and disconnected, Ann’s Recover Your Balance program will help you do just that. Her excellent book, Recover Your Balance: How to Bounce Back from Bad Times at Work, is available on Amazon.

Ann is married to Peter, an electronics engineer, and lives on the Isle of Wight. As well as singing, she enjoys spending time with friends, walking, photography, her garden, and learning piano.
