The Finding Magic in Midlife Radio Show was produced and archived by Exceptional Wisdom Radio from August 2008 through June 1013, when EWR went off the air. I’m moving the show archives to Choosing To Be Fit because much of the wisdom I’ve gained about creating a body- mind-spirit fitness lifestyle came from reading books by and talking with these exceptional midlife women. The interviews are timeless. I hope you will get to know some of these brilliant, talented, and inspirational women and learn from them as I did.

Ann Quasman was interviewed on the Finding Magic in Midlife Show in January 2011.
Ann Quasman has been hosting WomanTalk Live Radio since February 2007, holding conscious conversations in her authentic and open way and providing women with information, resources and entertainment to support them in living their best lives.
After 18 years working in the very traditional fields of trust banking and investment management services with some of the largest financial institutions in the country, Ann made a monumental life change that led her to her current career and purpose.
She founded Living in Your Heart, LLC, and developed a series of classes and workshops for women and men throughout Maryland that she describes as basic training for loving life. Facilitating workshops and retreats, Ann created a safe place for individuals to make major changes in their own lives. In fact, Ann said her mission with her workshops was to “drive people out of their mind and back into their heart.”
