The Finding Magic in Midlife Radio Show was produced and archived by Exceptional Wisdom Radio from August 2008 through June 1013, when EWR went off the air. I’m moving the show archives to Choosing To Be Fit because much of the wisdom I’ve gained about creating a body- mind-spirit fitness lifestyle came from reading books by and talking with these exceptional midlife women. The interviews are timeless. I hope you will get to know some of these brilliant, talented, and inspirational women and learn from them as I did.

Justine Willis Toms is cofounder and managing producer of New Dimensions Media/World Broadcasting Network, a worldwide media communications group that seeks to explore the changing landscape of possibilities in the world today.
For the past 35 years, Justine, along with her husband Michael, has created a powerful and transformative audio archive of interviews with leading-edge thinkers, spiritual leaders, change agents, indigenous voices, artists, scientists, healers, ecologists, and social architects. This archive is now housed at Stanford University. Besides her radio work, she leads workshops in “Living Life on Purpose” and is co-author with Michael Toms of True Work: Doing what You Love and Loving What You Do. Her own book Small Pleasures: Finding Grace in a Chaotic World was published in 2008.
