Victoria Castle

Victoria Castle teaches, coaches, and writes about enlivening practices that result in greater freedom and contribution. A pragmatist to the bone, she investigated the trail of chronic struggle and found the leverage for creating greater results with less effort (a formula she is particularly fond of) and shares it widely.

For over 20 years, leaders and Fortune 500 organizations have sought her guidance for how to be purposeful, effective, creative, and fulfilled in the midst of chaos and pressure.

The element of embodiment is a signature of her work. As a Master Somatic Coach, Victoria teaches at post-graduate and professional programs addressing the issues of sustainability and resilience. She speaks at national conferences for business, women, and social activism.

She freely admits her mission: Expose and debunk the Trance of Scarcity so that people have access to their inner greatness. People who are living from their greatness create a world where all can thrive. It’s those of us who have the luxury to read a book that are the ones to free those who are held so cruelly in the effect of the Trance.

With the principles taught in The Trance of Scarcity, Victoria Castle’s clients learn to make bigger offers, expand their influence, and achieve greater results while experiencing ease and fulfillment in their daily lives. She has helped thousands to embody abundance as a way of life. It was her students and clients who insisted she write the book so that everyone could have access to these simple yet profound principles.

Victoria lives on an island in the Pacific Northwest with her partner, Tim, and teacher/dog, Tucker. She considers herself a positive deviant and invites others to join her. Her trademark blend of rigorous practicality and irreverent humor make her a compelling speaker and teacher.
