Stress and Resilience

We are all affected by stress, but how much do we really know about it?
What causes it? What impact does it have on our health?
And, most importantly, how can we help ourselves become more resilient?

I don’t know about you, but when people don’t tell me how long a video is,
or give me control of the play slider — it stresses me out. So, this video is 3 minutes

    A stressor for me is my compulsion to keep working on videos when I’m editing them. I lose all sense of time. What works is to set a little timer I have on top of my MAC to go off every 20 minutes — so I will get up and walk around, do some exercises, get outside, play with Mombasa the cat, or something to get me moving.
